How to Order

Ordering has never been more simple. Follow the below steps to place your letterbox flower order and personalise for free!

When ordering letterbox flowers, please place and complete one order at a time as only one shipping address can be added per order. 

1. Add the item to the cart or select Buy it now.

2. Once inside your cart, you will be presented with a box titled "Order special instructions". Please provide your recipients name and the personalised message to include inside your gift box.

3. Select Checkout.

4. Enter the shipping address, make sure this is the address of your recipient!

5. Select standard or express shipping and Continue to payment.

6. Add your payment details and Billing address.

7. Review and confirm your order.

If you have any issues with placing an order please do not hesitate to contact us using the Contact Us form. We aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours.

Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days and posted Monday to Thursday. Orders placed Thursday and over the weekend will be posted first thing the following Monday to avoid flowers getting held up over the weekend.

Please be wary sending without warning to flats or apartment buildings. On occasion, orders get held with different postage processes if the recipient is not expecting a parcel.
