Whilst we aim to deliver 100% customer satisfaction, we appreciate that sometimes issues may arise with orders. We offer a double ended customer satisfaction policy.

For Recipients

All orders are packed with a contact details slip. Should the recipient be unhappy with their order they can contact us using any of the details shared.

For the Buyer

Should you have any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us using the Contact Us form and we will respond with a resolution within 24 hours. Please include the order reference and details of any issue.

We are confident our products are provided to an excellent standard having sold to over 3000 customers. Our issue rate is currently below 1% and we actively work to resolve any issues.
